the eMac is finally dying (CRT screen going out). So now I need to: transfer my fiction blog to my old laptop, upgrade laptops, transfer data from the eMac to the G5, add wireless to G5, transfer my data from G5 to laptop, move G5 upstairs, retire eMac, switch to laptop downstairs, get scrivener and logic audio working again.... whew. should take a couple days.

fiction blog might be down for a day.
I might not be able to record at all for a few days.....

but when I'm done everything should be working again. and my main computer for writing and recording will be portable.
