Another great mix of clean and overdriven guitars superbly woven together.
Good drums behind this one .....solid with good fills but not too dominant.
Impressive how you interplay the different guitar sounds to create the structure of the track as it progresses.
Just as important as the playing though is the atmosphere and feeling that is created for the listener which works exceptionally well.

Peter, Like yourself, I a HUGH FAM of sounds..Ones that come from guitars i love the very MOST on earth. I like the guitar "sound" SO pretty and full of life.
Im listening to my guitar again..It speaks well.. Smile

There some pertty neat guitar in this. Its "zone-play" FOR SURE! DO NOT REMEMBER playing it.. Smile

Can you hear and fell the "MOOD" DropC has??? Very DEEP..Very longung.. Smile

GREAT TUNING!
YA get to use BIG strings, and there easy to bend.. Smile

I use 11-58s got can go to 13s.. Smile

String are loos cause ya tuned down!
DropC has MORE licks and scales cuase its like a KEYBOARD, its in the KEY of C.
NO brainer... study

More guitar runns in C..;.)
Trust old Dace on that tuning.
Its GREAT FOR CLEAN also!

Peter, only guitar you have for Drop would be your V...put on 11-56,58 strings, tune down a whole step. CGCFAD....Your V is PEFRECT for drop.
When ya play in Drop C, your in C...so if you play your Jag to it, play a C scale.. Smile

you can record both tunings as Z does alot. 440 and C work like Keys and Guitars.

V is not the only guitar for Drop tuning ....I think the Greco Les Paul would work also Smile

Never tried a drop tuning.....I like what you do with it but it's not where I'm going at the moment.

You must have noticed that I'm not recording at the moment and thats because I am at a crossroads in my music.
I am happy now with my guitar playing abilities and the Korg will now give me the sounds that I need also.
But I want to also look at integrating my synths again and doing something new and creative with synths and guitars.
I have a plan in mind and as soon as I have something it will be posted here for feedback......if it works it will be awesome and open up all kinds of possibilities but I need a bit more time before I can do anything.

I'll say no more now except that if all works well it will be exciting Smile

As always, you just have a FEEL for where everything GOES.
That can't be taught.

I FEEL it sometimes... but not like you do.

I let my head get in the way of my fingers....

I might need you to describe where you play leads in Drop on the neck.
I am only good at the rhythm stuff so far in Drop.

That's why I play leads on the A440 guitars (8th and 20th fret).

Really ENJOYED!! Love the dirty fuzz in there too.
