Another one in the new style where I start with drums and just build up layers
No specific structure, just trying to melt everything together with a torch.

I am done with Part One of the new book (first 1/3 of it).
It's pretty dark and EPIC.

Haven't quite decided what the cover should be. It will be a bit tricky to pick a cover
that doesn't give too much away. In fact I'm not sure about the title yet either.

Possibly "Erdii III" but maybe "Planet Of Moons" or even "Origin"

chances are good it will have a starscape or planet in the picture somewhere.
I will keep you posted.

Those are some tasty sounding drums! I wonder, now that your formula is working so well, if the next step would be to put down your drum track like you are doing now. Follow the same procedure as you have and then....lay down another drum track of fills and little sparse hits here and there?

Good idea! I have thought of that, but haven't tried it yet.

I need to practice fills and change-ups as well.

Cool track Z, drums sounding great!

Book 1/3 finished already!! Impressive! Looking forward to doing the art for the cover.

Yeah, been writing like a madman lately.
At this pace I'll finish it in 3 months (first draft anyway).

Starting to come up with an idea for the cover and the title.
It might include a new kind of alien....

I'll let you know.
