Never heard of these.....probably their music passed us by in the UK 
Enjoyed it though.....In 79/80 I was in a band doing similar things with a girl singer....we were called Protective Measures. Did a few gigs and raised a bit of hell....it was fun but it soon fell apart through exploded egos.
Never played live after that.

They are kind of a one hit wonder band. This was their most famous song.
I have the album on Vinyl. I love the singer and the crazy sax solos.
