Tubes

Well I tried Groove Tubes, Ruby Tubes, and Mesa / Boogie Tubes in the Marshall.
The Mesa / Boogies sounded the best BY FAR, so I'm going with that.

They use some sort of computer matching thing that seems to make the pairs perform better together.

You'll be hearing it soon on the new song (TUBETOP).

Why not do some quick demos using your different guitars with different settings?

I've been doing that and it's amazing how much you learn about Tones in the process

Z.....my new tracks/ demos are on Soundcloud .......I think most of DACE's are too....and Steve has a couple which are also on Soundcloud.

That means you should find them all on your Soundcloud page which will save you hunting for them.

You could then do one long post with comments in Killer Jams.

Might save time and bring you up to speed a lot quicker.

Yeah Christmas was good here. Not too intense--just busy.

Work is a killer at the moment. Too many managers and not enough IQ.

Haven't demo'd the Korg yet but it is used on DACEROCK and JAGUAR JAM.

I've done 2 demos for the Blackstar valve OD pedal in this section one with the Jaguar and one with a Flying V.

As there has been a lot of talk about Tubes I thought this might be interesting......and I sure learned a lot about Guitar tones from doing it so it was a great exercise.

The Korg comes next.....it has a lot of nice FX to go through so I expect it will need a few short demos just to highlight some of whats in there.
