Wow. Lots to like here. Bass sounds great. Percussion doesn't get in the way.

My only suggestion would be to change the name.
I think it should be called: "To The Dying" or "Of The Dying"
as that reflects the powerful nature of the words better....

its about the light....When the time of Dying is on us, we can SEE...Can you "see"...?
Its rather deep, as ALL my lyrics are....There NOT understood much.. and i love that. Its the way we live, on the surface..WE , people, DO NOT look DEEP enuff, and WE dont get much because of that fact....Whats on TOP is a very small part of LIFE.

I agree about the music. There aren't that many that are REALLY writing it.
I mean if you're just doing a song that is a knock-off of some famous band's style... why bother?

Yes, most think its not a "song" if its not like something they have heard before.
I think the people that like my music, "get it" in most ways. But its that "time" thing. If they had more time to listen to it, they would find more in it. I dont do fast-listening much...I give tunes TIME...But i HAVE time. So i get more than most from music.

Things are about to change tho...Im very soon, not gona have much free time. I got to get some money coming in. Time is about to be VERY short here. Very soon.!!!

Everyone has been supportive the whole time, but i dont feel they really heard me until now. Im NO great singer...But i got a SOUL of 10 men!!! That sucks really most of the time. THIS TIME its very cool..Thanks again to all that listen to my music.

Great song DACE.....powerful vocals.......and deep lyrics.

I get where you are coming from with this.......its very much an 80's inspired sound and style but you have personalised it and moulded it into something fresh and individual. It has that same dark emotive feel of some of the goth music from the 80's like Bauhaus and Sisters of Mercy.....very cool.

I can understand why you want to push your vocals and lyrics out front but please don't sacrifice the guitar to do it.

When Jimi Hendrix was getting attention everybody focused on his guitar (naturally) at first and not his vocals or lyrics. He started out with very little confidence in his singing but .....like you ....he kept at it getting stronger and stronger. At first people said he couldn't sing.....but people suddenly started to get it. He had a very cool soulful voice which came out in ballads like Wind Cries Mary and Angel. But he still kept up the guitar as first and foremost that was his heart and soul.

I believe the guitar is also your heart and soul also......it must not be neglected or sacrificed.

This would be a mistake.......combine all of your talents and give maximum performance
