Got the first 'Everything Is Now' CDs.
They look great, but are too dark.

So I need to gamma them lighter for the next shipment.
Hopefully I will guess right and the ones you get will look perfect.

Do a small test print or two to see if you've set up the gamma right (It's a lot cheeper than the equipment needed to set up your monitor's profile for pro printing!) I'm having to have to do this for the images in the book I am working on.

Will do, but then I don't know what kind of printer Kunaki is using.... so it will still be a little bit of guesswork.
I def. need to go a lot lighter.

It's a pain when the printer is a robot! Can't beat a human doing your printing and adjusting the gamma as he goes.
Still for the price, and a bit of experementing the results are pretty good

Yeah, hard to complain about them when I can get copies for $1.50 each.

I can barely print my own for that price and it takes way longer (have to print and cut out all the artwork
myself, and print the CD, and assemble them all).

Once I figure it out, it should be the same settings for everything....

I'm still trying to figure out how to program my monitor with the correct profile for printing! It can be done, I have a button for re-calling user defined profiles!

Its really cool Steve....Things like this make it worth it for me.
Im gearing up to listening to it a ton of times. Have it the truck, and the studio also.

Something i have never done, but allways said i should do, im about to do.
Im gona take some time to just do music-stuff, NOTHING eles. Fill my day listening, playing, recording, working on guitars, ect. Gona take a week for myself soon. Screw the bills, life, shit i cant fix or get right, and just get lost in music.

With my PC down, I'm starting to miss not playing my Korg. (new drive not arrived yet) This "Borrowed" PC ain't mine so I can't install any software on it but I'm Seriously thinking about trying to run my VST host and a couple of VSTi's from a USB memory stick if the new drive dosn't hurry up and come!!!
