CLASSIC BRITISH PSYCHEDELIC TRACK - DO NOT MISS THIS!!!
This is Pink Fairies classic track Uncle Harry's Last Freakout.
This is what early 70's festival music was all about. The Fairies were entwined with Hawkwind in many ways even sometimes sharing band members and playing as Pinkwind.

Just listen to the sublime echoed guitars as the track builds to a crescendo ending. An absolute classic.
I used to play this album over and over again in the 70's......huge influence.

An absolute must Steve.....an absolute must.
They also had a great single called "The Snake" which never appeared on the album.
You can find it on You Tube if you want to listen.
Paul Rudolph was a really good guitarist......I believe he did a stint in Hawkwind ???
Re: CLASSIC BRITISH PSYCHEDELIC TRACK - DO NOT MISS THIS!!!
Yes indeed, Paul Rudolph did join Hawkwind as a replacement for Lemmy.

Quite strange really considering what a good guitarist he was.....to suddenly switch to bass??
Of course the money and fame would not have come into it LOL !!!!!
Re: CLASSIC BRITISH PSYCHEDELIC TRACK - DO NOT MISS THIS!!!
He played Bass and Guitar in Hawkwind as a guest in '74 and as full time member in '75, '76.
