i really didn't do a whole lot this summer...just going through the motions of the daily grind!! i'm feel like i'm getting old! anyway...i'll check it out, Z. hope you are well!!

Thanks Ed. The whole thing was inspired by personal attacks on David Gaughran (he wrote "Let's Get Digital" about self-publishing)
over on AbsoluteWrite.com.

Those people are very defensive about "traditional publishing" and accused him of "tricking readers into buying his stuff"
and "not having any experience in publishing" and all kinds of other stuff.

That lit a fire under my ass and I jotted this out in a couple hours.

A couple of pieces of trivia:

1. The background cover shot is the Nile (Denial). Photo taken by me near Aswan when I was over there.
2. The line "I'm wearing my IWU t-shirt, sausages are on the grill, and I have 946Gig free on my data drive" is an easter egg
for my fellow writers. We hang out on Indie Writers Unite! on Facebook and somehow decided that: 946 (I is 9th letter in the
alphabet, W is 4th from the end, and U is 6th from the end), sausages, and IWU would be good things to sneak into our books
just for shits and giggles.

It's getting fun...
