FORUM idea.

Iv been thinking on this awhile.

We are a small Forum. Maybe it would be better to have a small forum.

Reasons:

1- Makes it easyer on people that may come to join. (all the forums-Catts-can be confusing)
2- Makes it easy on us Actives. (we are short on time. makes it easyer to check and post)
3- We dont use 70% of the Forum-catts anyway, and they can just be combined.
4- We are small now..Be that, grow as we get bigger.
5- Main reason is in hopes to get people to join in. Maybe readers will post also.

Just to much here thats not needed, and it can be confusing. I dont like MIX forum cause it just TO BIG...Things are better simple i feel.

All we need really is something like this.

(FORUMS-CATTS)
SONG and VIDEOS
GEAR-RECORDING-MUSIC TOPICS
ART-PIX-WRITINGS
EVERYTHING ELES

This i have seen this on some other sites..One is Line6..Its very Active.
Then i see HUGH forums like IBANEZ and it Dead as shit.

Just feel it would make a better, easyer, forum for US and for those that might come in. Its just simple and to the point and people might take to it better. I know it would better for us actives also. And it makes FOS a tad different than most forums.

We just need what we need, not a bunch of crap we Dont need.

What do you guys think about this????????

While we are on the subject......I would like to suggest that this forum is changed so that you don't have to join to read posts .....only to post here.

If you look you will see that the last new member was Pendragon back in October which means that all who have been directed here since have not joined and therefore do not know what this forum is about.

If we are to get new members on board we need to open the doors and let them in.....we can always ban any undesirables or block spammers.

What do you think ?

Also I asked Z to make make Peter and Steve MODs here. If thats cool with them.
I cant get in the backdoor to change that because Z has not gave me a set of "keys"..

But, DO want Peter and Steve MODs or ADMIN either way it has to be done. Even they dont use there status, they NEED the TITLE...Cause they built this place!...

Z...what you can do is- Make the NEW-combined-Catts, then MOVE the old ones into the new one they fit in. Everything eles can go in (Everything-eles-catt). that way we dont have to loos anything posted in the past. then ya delete the old catts.

Under the TITLE where you type what go's there, type a good bit explaining what all go's there..Maybe 3 lines or so...This makes it clear, and also makes that Forum-box bigger. that makes it look like more because the box is bigger for each FORUM-Catt. (when looking at the main page), And since we cutting it down so much, we have the room. Ya know what im say? even state ALL are welcome to post and feel free to do so.

If i could get back there, i could do it for you if you dont have the time. Takes a few mins to do really, as you know. Also like to have the ADMINs font red or green.

By the way, AFR does do paypal! You just click on an album and PayPal should be one of the options on every album.

Dace: Look for ADMIN again. It looks like there are two places to set you as Admin,
and the first one didn't work....

That's lame.
