My band OUR SANCTUM is about 60% IMPROV...Give us a listen on myspace or soundclick.

Mike and I base our music on riffs we come up with thru Improv-practice.
LIVE we let it all flow out how it wants.

Its METAL IMPROV!..Smile

We are also seeking PRESS for the band. This would help us out with that.
