The Trouble with Time(New Poem):

Tick Tock
Around the clock
The day goes by
But never do I

Trapped in a warp
It's my own resort
I lost track of when
Then it starts all over again

I look up every minute
But it's hours past
I don't understand
I can't comprehend

The consept of time
Does it ever end?
It spins in circles
A never ending loop

Time keeps on ticking
But it's an hour late
How could it be?
I set the dates

Sometimes I check often
When it's standing still
And it's very true
A watched clock will never move


When I'm in the zone
It flys by to soon
I just can't keep up
The time slips away

Through the cracks
Or down the drain
I try to catch it
But it's to quick for me

This hand goes here
And this one there
It's all the same
Even in the mirror

That's the trouble with time

haha it came to me thinking about how i can get lost in a project and totally lose track of time. i think i've only been working for an hour but it turns out time flys and it's already 3 hours past or so. or if your working on something that has got you board...then it seems to linger...lol you ever check the clock more often when you are board then when you are enjoying what you are doing?

The track I just did for FLOWER is some REAL good improv. Was not "thinking" AT ALL!, just listening to the sounds..

yeah that's the only way to do it! i write all of my music that way aswell. i hum a tune in my head or beat box then hit the keyboard or sequencer and program it all out. gotta keep it original . i call it "the music in my mind". you are great at what you do dace! always thought that about your music...

Damn that's good! Just what I needed this morning [along with
that tune with Margot].

Great, great tone and sustain. And I love the way you vibrato strings
into ringing without picking them first. You have a lot of technique that
I try to steal from time to time.

The guitar works so well with the harp and delay/swell line in this.

i'd love to dj! but i can't say i can do it every week, and i live with two other people so i can't be to loud lol. maybe once in awhile. depends...though i love the thought. i'd always wanted to be a dance music dj. i have a good ear for good tracks and i could make some good recomends too. once you guys figure it out let me know all that i'd need or have to do.

well as you know i am a bit of a blog DJ, if there was such a thing : )) ...i post allot of my favorite dance tunes with some thoughts on my blogs lol.

Im VERY happy your open to doing this Ginn...WHY??? Cause i like to plane things, and DO them!....Not many want to DO things, just live and let life pass by without living it!
WE MUST DO STUFF TOGETHER!!!!! Ya know, as a group effort. Look at Me and Z, we do alot of "stuff"...We need to go bigger....Lets build this forum to have Chat-times, Radio-shows, STUFF!!...FUN STUFF! That WE do together.
